Ways to Give:

UAccess - Online giving for the 2011 UA Cares campaign will be available from Monday, October 10,  2011 through Friday, December 9, 2011.

Paper Pledge Form - Please fill out on your computer, print out, and return form to your department campaign coordinator or contact Holly Altman @ 626-4671 or uacares@email.arizona.edu.

Paper Pledge Form Process

• Paper pledge forms may be used for payroll deduction, check or credit card gifts.
• Employees were not given personalized, pre-printed pledge forms this year, but may use the fillable PDF pledge form.
• Please return your completed PDF form to your coordinator or contact 626-4671 in the UA Cares office for information about where to turn in your form.

Other Reminders

Payroll Deducations: When you sign up for a payroll deduction pledge, you are agreeing to have a certain dollar amount deducted from the number of payrolls that you determine. Payroll deductions for the 2011 campaign will begin on the first pay period in January of 2012.

Online system is for payroll deduction gifts only:
The online system is designed to accept payroll deduction pledges only. If you would like to pledge a one-time gift by check or credit card, please fill out a pledge sheet and return it with your payment to your department coordinator.

Do not duplicate your pledge online and on paper.
You may submit payroll deduction pledges online OR any type of gift with a paper pledge. Please do not submit both paper and online pledges!
